Here's a couple of familiar publicity shots from the Buck Rogers in the 25th Century pilot film/feature. Sure, we've all seen 'em before, but I don't need much excuse to post shots of Erin Gray.
It's too bad the suggested romance between Buck and Wilma in the movie became a purely plutonic relationship during the actual series. But with all those gorgeous disco babes out there waiting to be rescued by our hero, I guess it made sense.
Erin Gray appeared recently on the Syfy channels new antique-like program, Hollywood Treasures. It's actually an auction show where they gather props and such, and from celebs, dealers, and just people and auction them off. Erin had a spaceship from Buck Rogers, but it turned out wasn't what she thought it was, but a fun watch nonetheless.
Met Erin briefly at the local Sci-Fi Convention here in Halifax, NS Canada last November and had my Buck Rogers DVD set signed and a photo also. She wasn't talking so much about Buck Rogers in the Q & A but isn't afraid to talk about the show and her role in it at the same time. Seems to be very fan oriented and sincerely wanted to be there.
Oh maaaan ,She's so cute ! I was totally in love with her ... She has a crazy wardrobe in that show !... Thanks for the souvenir
