  2. Happy Birthday! What a great show and a childhood hero of mine.

  3. Right up there with Kirk and Spock in my pantheon of childhood heros. Frankly, forty years later they're still right up there!

  4. Lucky Lee. The ladies are literally crawling over him in that pic

  5. Okay I know who Farrah is, but who are the other two women?

  6. This was my favorite show as a kid. I would imagine the sound effects as I was doing gym activities at school, or running around with my dog Blackie(who I would have named Max if he hadn't already had a name when I got him). I remember thinking how worth it it would be to loose a few body parts if it meant getting bionic replacements. A little twisted, maybe, but I also would have eagerly boarded one of those frequently exploding rockets I saw in pre-Apollo test footage for a chance to go into space(as a kid you believe you will be the one to make it heroically to splashdown). So this could-have-been test pilot wishes Lee Majors the best of all birthdays, and may you have many more!

  7. I was a bit more of a Robert Wagner, It Takes A Thief fan. Bionic Man slipped under my radar at that time frame, which is a bit odd as I was then as now a SF fan. I put the first disc in my NF queue to see what I was missing.

  8. The girl in the middle (who looks to be about to do something very friendly to Lee), looks terribly familiar to me. Anyone?

  9. Re: Slepin--the middle gal looks a bit like Tanya Roberts to me, but I don't know if it's her or not.
