From 1980, here's a rare TV clip: a public service spot for the Leukemia Society of America, featuring Gil Gerard and the cast of Buck Rogers in The 25th Century.

this was intresting, I don't rember seeing that PSA but I could have but simply don't rember it.

I don't recall seeing this type of PSA in many years but they were very common in this era. And they were generally quite good. DaveM

This blog is dedicated to the science fiction films and television series of the 1970s - give or take a few years (say, 1969-1983) - including such nostalgic favorites as Star Wars, Space: 1999, UFO, Space Academy, the original Battlestar Galactica, Jason of Star Command, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, Logan's Run and many others.
