THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN U.K. Annuals

As with most popular television series of the Seventies, ABC's The Six Million Dollar Man was popular in the United Kingdom, and received the "annual" treatment for young viewers. There were at least four of these hardcover collections of fiction, games, articles and comic strips, published from 1977 through 1980. (If anyone know of others, please send scans - or if you have a better scan of the 1980 Annual, I'd like to replace the only one I was able to find online).

  1. I love the cover art on the 70s annuals,. I have a collection of 70s and 80s Dr Who annuals, the covers use the same style. Is that bionic big foot on the 79 cover?

  2. I had the first three but only discovered the last one existed a month or so back and I've never seen it anywhere (you can find the others in 'retro' shops).

  3. Such a great concept and tradition were the UK annuals. It's a wonder that I don't remember the details of actually owning any... just a vague but pleasing memory of knowing such things existed. If I could go back I'd try to make sure I didn't miss out.
