Hope you're all having a great Monday. To kick off the week, here's a gallery of
Six Million Dollar Man and
Bionic Woman cover paintings for the British kid's magazine,
Look-In. I'm pretty sure that all of these were painted by regular
Look-In cover artist
Arnaldo Putzu, and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm mistaken. Enjoy!
Arnaldo Putzu it is! Aren't they gorgeous?

Very nice! I never get tired of these series or looking at great art work that represents them. Now to complete my personal collection of all the episodes, I'm still missing a few seasons. Its great artwork like these where I find myself questioning why it has taken me so long to finish the collection. We have the technology.........
ReplyDeleteGlorious! I wish they still made cover art like this. Heck, I wish they still made TV worthy of cover art like this!
ReplyDeleteVery quaint and I'm not being sarcastic. I miss the days when most TV was made for all ages. SMF is right; TV doesn't have the same appeal these days to warrant such a magazine. I'm even amazed the mag lasted until 1994.

Very cool. And the one for number 17 even shows The Belt Buckle! Seriously - why has this never been made available?
ReplyDeleteI used to love Look In and remember these covers.
